Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the PuzzleMonster apps: Fillomino, Hashi, LightUp, Masyu, Nonograms, NumRush, Nurikabe, Slitherlink, StarBattle, Suko, and Towers (the “apps”). PuzzleMonster is operated by Nilsen Lab (“we,” “us”). By using an app, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the apps

You may use the apps only if you can form a binding agreement with us under the laws that apply to you. If you are a minor in your country, you may use the apps only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for your own enjoyment on devices you own or control. The apps and their content remain our property.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the apps, or use them in any way that breaks the law or the App Store terms.

No warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzles will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleMonster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Because the apps store progress only on your device, we are not responsible for data lost when an app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.

App stores

Your use of the apps is also subject to the Apple App Store rules. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content. We - not Apple - are solely responsible for the apps and for any support or maintenance.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as “terrorist-supporting,” and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Norway will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
